Neglia Services, Inc. is committed to providing you, our valued clients, with the best service possible. Our main goal is to satisfy you, and make your buying experience as pleasant as possible. we have set forth the following guarantees:
 
  • All of the diamonds we sell are guaranteed to be authentic.
  • All of our merchandise is sold NEW, except if purchased through our auction. 
  • Our client's privacy is very important. We guarantee that NO information collected by us will be distributed.
  • We guarantee your satisfaction.
  • Each client has a 7 day appraisal period.  (from time you receive the merchandise). If you are not satisfied with your appraisal, we will refund your money (less shipping/insurance).
  • All merchandise must be received back within 10 days from the date received. or it will become a final sale.
  • Merchandise that is shipped only for viewing/inspection purposes, will only have 5 days from the date received to return the merchandise, until it becomes a final sale.
  • Shipping & insurance fees are NOT refundable.
  • Because our prices are based on low margin of profit, Not at full retail, we cannot absorb the non-refundable credit card fees that banks impose on us for credit card processing. These are the tradeoffs of purchasing at discounted prices. Full retail prices are marked up higher to compensate for returns associated with higher ticket items. Therefore, all returns within that said time period ARE subject to a 5% restocking fee.
  • Custom designed Jewelry.  that was personally designed according to your taste are NOT returnable., or refundable, they are considered a final sale. They are your designs, your tastes, and your ideal of a particular article. To find a buyer for your ideal item would be impossible.
  • Due to the nature of our business, we do not buy back merchandise, we can assist by putting it on our live website auction, or present it to other associates of ours.
  • Neglia Services, Inc. will repair the item if:

1.       Metal cracks under normal wear.

 

2.       Diamonds falls out due to poor workmanship. Please remember, the diamonds must be checked annually due to normal everyday use.  We suggest that you have your items professionally cleaned, but never leaved, and rechecked on a 6 month basis.

 

3.       Any miscellaneous cracks or wear marks that are out of the ordinary.

 

4.       If for any reason we feel that a diamond was removed from its setting, Neglia Services, Inc. will not be responsible for that said loss.

 

5.       Any diamond that is sold by Neglia Services, Inc., will only have 7 days to get the ring appraised, after that said day, all sales are final.

 
  • The aforementioned circumstances will be repaired with no labor charges.

Warranties

All our products are covered by a limited lifetime guarantee against any manufacturers defect. A manufactured defect consists of the same diamond falling out three or more times, which were located in the same spot of which it was set. As to defects, of the gold content, any cracking lines in the same area of which was repaired three times or more, is considered a manufactured defect, unless workmanship was performed from another jeweler. We strive on perfection to create beautiful works of art and therefore guarantee their workmanship. As with any delicate artistic creations, care must be taken to insure years of enjoyment.  However, because of daily wear, stones may become loose over time and become dislodged. In the unlikely event that this happens, the lifetime warranty will cover the labor and repair of the merchandise by Neglia Services, Inc. If a stone does fall out and you have located the stone, we will repair the item free of charge, but you are responsible for the shipping fees to, and from us. If a stone falls out and you completely lose it, you are responsible for the cost of the new stone to be replaced and the shipping fee to and from us. However, the labor services are free and covered by our lifetime warranty.

 

Semi-Mount Policy

 

Neglia Services, Inc. is a direct source which designs and sells its own merchandise. Due to this fact, we are protective of our designs and do not want them copied. Therefore, any setting only purchases will incur a 15% re-stocking fee in addition to the shipping/insurance costs. This will eliminate any potential customer who wants to order our setting, copy our design, and send it back for a refund. Any hand made pieces are considered final sales. If there is a center diamond that was sold with that semi-mount, any signs of tempering to the prongs, or metal which is holding that diamond, is considered fraud, which at that point will be considered a final sale.

 

7-Day Return Policy

 

Neglia Services, Inc. prides itself on our service and the quality of our jewelry.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition for a refund or exchange. Special order pieces, engraved, or altered items, cannot be returned, they all are considered final sales.

To return an item back to Neglia Services, Inc., please follow these simple steps to insure proper credit.

1.       Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. This number will be written on the outside of the box.

2.       Place all items shipped to you in a secure box and remember to include any appraisal or certificate that came with the packaging. (The diamond certificate carries a $250 replacement fee).

3.       If you paid less than $500 for the item, you may ship it by any method. If you paid more than $500, you must ship the item to us via US Postal Service Registered Mail. (FedEx and UPS will not insure items above $500). Please remember that shipping/insurance fees are not refundable.

Once we receive your package, management will check the merchandise to make sure all is in order. If all is in order, we will issue a credit to your account.

 

Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, non-sealed, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other than Neglia Services, Inc.), engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Terms of Use

 

When you place an order with Neglia Services, Inc., you agree to the following terms of use.

 
  • Any and all laws in the state of New York regarding the transaction with Neglia Services, Inc.. Or
  • Its associates will take precedence.
  • Any litigation will take place in a New York court with New York judges ruled with New York state law.
  • All weights are approximate, since some pieces are custom made to order. This includes stones, diamonds, metals, etc.
  • All qualities are approximate, due to the fact that diamond color and diamond clarity are subjective.
  • All attorneys' fees will be the responsibility of the attorneys' client and not that of Neglia Services, Inc..
