Retail Process Step 1
 
Insurance company contacts Neglia Services to discuss insured's claim, than faxes, or emails, the insured's appraisal.
 
Retail Process Step 2
 
Neglia Services evaluates the appraisal and determines a fair retail replacement price.
 
Retail Process Step 3
 
Neglia Services will submit the appraisal to that said jeweler.
 
Retail Process Step 4
 
Neglia Services faxes a quote form to the replacement jeweler so they can determine their replacement price.
 
Retail Process Step 5
 
Once an approval is accepted Neglia Services, the jeweler must contact the insured within 24 hours of acceptance, and then notify Neglia Services of appointment scheduled.
 
Retail Process Step 6
 
Once the insured is satisfied, and feels comfortable dealing with the selected jeweler, the jeweler will then go forward to satisfy the claim. The invoice must then be mailed, and faxed to Neglia Services for payment purposes.
 
Retail Process Step 7
 
Signature of the insured name, and claim number, must be on the invoice stating that the claim has been satisfied, along with a full 14 day money back guarantee as to like,kind,quality and value.
 
Retail Process Step 8
 
Upon receiving your invoice, a check will be directly mailed to that said jeweler from Neglia Services. Jeweler shall have the right to hold the merchandise until payment is received, unless stipulated that the insured needs the merchandise immediately, a letter must be faxed to Neglia Services obtaining a signature of approval, which at that point Neglia Services will overnight a check for the amount addressed.
 
Retail Process Step 9
 
As of that date of pick up ,a check from that said jeweler must be mailed to Neglia Services within 7 days per contract agreement on commissions owed from the claim.

The insured is now your customer, and any future business, or referrals from that customer, is exclusively yours. Neglia Services will not be entitled to any profit or commissions owed from that sale ,or any other sales from that customer.
